Homemade Brown Butter
Made in-house to develop deep toasted, nutty flavor before it ever reaches a cinnamon roll, cookie or glaze.
Homemade Vanilla Extract
Made the slow way. Real vanilla beans steep for about seven months, developing a deep, rich flavor used throughout Made by Jm baked goods. Small bottles will also be available for your own kitchen.
Time Is an Ingredient
Sourdough is given time to ferment, and every loaf, bagel, cinnamon roll, muffin and cookie is handcrafted in small batches.
